So apparently my kitty, Sophie Little Bear, gets high off of peppermint tea. This is a video of her taking some hits, then raging out, then owning her sister, Snorticus Maximus.

Makes sense. I know cat nip has a minty smell to it. Oddly, she doesn't respond much to actual cat nip. By who knows. Maybe if I boiled it and made it a tea she's be all into inhaling that shit.
